Privacy policy
The short version: this site collects almost nothing, sets no cookies, and never sells anything about you.
What we collect
- Booking requests: when you send the booking form, we receive the details you type — name, phone, email (optional), date, city and notes. They're used only to arrange your session.
- Reviews: if you leave a review, we receive the name and words you choose to share. Reviews are published only after Lucky approves them.
- WhatsApp / calls / texts: if you contact us on +1 971-227-8645, your messages stay between you and Lucky (WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms).
- Anonymous visit counts: we count page views (which page, what day, and which site referred you). No cookies, no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no personal information — there is nothing that identifies you.
What we don't do
- No cookies and no third-party ad trackers — that's why there's no cookie banner.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your information with anyone.
- No marketing emails or texts unless you ask for them.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Netlify; booking and review submissions are stored there so Lucky can read and respond to them. Map tiles on the service-area map load from CARTO/OpenStreetMap. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts. Each of these providers may see standard technical request data (like any website you visit).
Your choices
Want a booking request, review, or message deleted? Just ask — message +1 971-227-8645 on WhatsApp or send a note through the booking form, and it will be removed.
